Hello - I'm Trusha Chandan,
currently based in New York !!
I am a product systems designer and a strategic thinker, passionate about solving customer-facing problems by bridging design, technology, and business to create user-centric design experiences.
Growing up in a small Indian town, I frequently saw how people used the resources and techniques available to them to solve issues quickly and cheaply—a practice known as "jugad."
Additionally, my grandfather used to say, "Why buy stuff when you can make things function from items around you" quite a bit. I have carried that memory with me throughout my life. My passion for solving issues that affect people's daily lives stems from my in-depth knowledge of human behavior, which has guided me to pursue a career in product design.
As a designer, interdisciplinary collaboration and working foster my ability to think creatively and encourage me to combine applications and processes from diverse industries to provide disruptive, creative solutions.
In addition to focusing on problem-solving, I also give careful consideration to how users will interact and experience the product or service. By establishing connections between future trends, cultural and behavioural analysis, and user demands, I am able to combine insights and spot areas for innovation.

During my free time, I enjoy exploring restaurants/ cafes, travelling, baking, bouldering, snowboarding, or playing soccer.
